With the customer portal, you can track current shipments, as well as completed shipments. You have access to the following information:
- Shipments
- Location
- Current status & history
- Load documentation
- Reference numbers
- Freight details
Included within our freight logistics management software is also the ability to print invoices.
Tracing gives you the ability to view the status of current shipments and see pickup or delivery information for specific shipments based on search criteria, or see all active shipments just by clicking the search box.
Pickup Requests allow you to enter requested pickup details like the delivery time needed, the exact type and quantity of freight, the temperature requirements of the freight and even requests for specific equipment. The information entered is then available for Tribe to accept directly, at which point a notification can be sent back to you.
How to Register
If you've never registered to use the customer portal before, you'll want to contact your Tribe customer service rep to obtain an access code. Once you have the code, click here to register.
